“For what it’s worth... it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.” - F. Scott Fitzgerald
Niki & David said I do at NYC City Hall then celebrated at Eataly & Carnegie Cigar Club. The most New Yorker way tie the knot. NYC Elopement Photographer.
Each tape carried a little piece of someone’s story, a legacy – which through each session, editorial, elopement, or wedding – is what I’m striving to capture, so it only felt right to include them in this Retro Editorial ElopemenCheers to the pieces of our stories, the captured and the ones untold.
Anna & Erik’s private 10 person elopement was absolutely magical. It wasn’t what they had planned, given the changes to their 150+ person wedding do to COVID-19, but they truly made the best with what was possible and I was so excited to help them create a day that was perfect for them. I feel so grateful to have been a part of their beautiful celebration journey in Boone, North Carolina.
