Personally, I love getting lost in antique shops, stand up comedy and iced matcha lattes. I'm the daughter of a therapist & an entrepreneur, partner to the kindest man I know (who teaches me more about love every moment), and a friend to strangers that often turn out to not be that strange. We're all so deeply connected and this work has given me the gift of a constant reminder that life is stunning, complicated and fleeting. It's meant to be captured, held close, celebrated.

I will be there helping you touch up your lipstick after that pre ceremony snack (worth it), giving your hand a squeeze when the emotions are high and holding your veil if the ground is dirty. It is my vow (I also love puns) to give you everything I have and more on your day because you deserve a wedding day that not only looks, but feels fun & beautiful

My dad & his grandparents, generations captured. Forever reminding me the importance of capturing your legacy.

Circa 1955, my dad & grandmother and her mother in the backyard taken by my grandfather. My dad captured my entire childhood, constantly in awe of life unfolding & why I fell in love with capturing candids. He gave me my first camera when I was 11. It’s a gorgeous feeling to know that he [dad] had someone capturing all the moments for him too. A moment in time I’ll hold close forever.

Where do I even begin? We booked her for an engagement shoot with our pup. The entire experience from booking her to even after receiving our full gallery of photos has been above & beyond. Leandra made us feel sooo comfortable in front of the camera and it felt like we were just hanging out with a friend the entire time. She directed us in a super natural way and she also got our pup to smile in front of the camera for almost every picture!! Leandra really spent the time to genuinely get to know us both individually, our love story, and the story we wanted to tell with the photos (which she absolutely SLAYED). She also sent voice notes and even gave her opinion on outfit choices before the shoot. The photos turned out timeless and just truly above anything we ever expected. She even sent our sneak peak photos in less than 24 hours. Doing our engagement shoot with Leandra has honestly been one of the best highlights during our entire wedding planning process. The entire experience was exceptional & Leandra is just an all around awesome human being.

Where to begin… I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leandra. 2020 was such a difficult year for so many and, COVID aside, she walked the most difficult year of my life with me and my now husband. Our original wedding date was on May 2nd, 2020 and then COVID happened causing us to have to reschedule. We postponed to June 13th and my father got admitted to the hospital unexpectedly on May 21st, was in the hospital for 21 days and passed away on June 10th. Again, Leandra led with empathy in navigating our tough decisions and unexpected challenges and worked with us to choose a third date when we were ready. So finally on October 4th we were able to proceed with our wedding and she made the day (which I was expecting to be a very hard and emotional day) fun, enjoyable, and lighthearted and she knew exactly what to capture and when to capture it. She was so organized, prepared, and gave great direction and really made the day run smoothly.

I am so happy with how our pictures turned out and I’ve gotten so many compliments on our photographs. We were so thankful that we chose Leandra to capture our day. If you’re looking for a kind human and wonderful photographer, go with Leandra. You won’t regret it.
