3 WAYS TO TELL THAT A FIRST LOOK MIGHT BE FOR YOU
A first look with your partner or family member can be so special, but it’s not for everyone, I’ve created a little checklist for you to help decide if it’s right for your wedding celebration!
✔️ Your ceremony location is a bit far (or a lengthy hike up a mountain) from where you’re getting ready, this will allow you to get any of those jitters out beforehand and travel to your ceremony site together
✔️ If you’re having more than just a few of your people at your wedding, you may want to consider how you’ll feel seeing your person for the first time as your forever person in front of a crowd. Is this a moment that you want to be more private and intimate? Or is it something you want to share with friends and family?
✔️ You have allowed time for it in your schedule! Even when you’re eloping, having a timeline for your big day is essential. Please please please x all the chocolate cake in the world give yourself more time on your freaking wedding day than just 2 hours to say I do and take a few photos. You deserve a full a$$ wedding day, sorry I said it — and that means booking in time for a first look if it’s important to you. You deserve heirloom quality memories of your ENTIRE WEDDING EXPERIENCE. Don’t fool yourself into thinking you deserve any less than the best for this day, when everything ends, your love and the photographs live on.
