BOONE, NC INTIMATE ELOPEMENT WITH FAMILY

Anna & Erik’s private 10 person elopement was absolutely magical. It wasn’t what they had planned, given the changes to their 150+ person wedding do to COVID-19, but they truly made the best with what was possible and I was so excited to help them create a day that was perfect for them. I feel so grateful to have been a part of their beautiful celebration journey in Boone, North Carolina.

You can feel the abundance of love in the presence of these two and their sweet families. You can see the love in his eyes and the gratitude in her smile. This may have been my favorite intimate wedding I’ve ever had to blessing of being part of because it was so riddled with potential sadness and disappointment, but instead they chose to focus on the abundance of love they have for each other & the lifelong promise they were so excited to make…rather than the decor, deserts, and family drama. Although Anna & Eriks reception was pushed until 2021 for everyones safety, the ceremony itself felt like such an extraordinary celebration. The few individuals that got to share in their love were so humbled and overjoyed to experience these moments with Anna & Erik – and it just goes to show that even in the midst of all the tragedy and madness in the world right now, the light still exists.
