You got into this as an artist. Let's lead like one.

You do not need another PDF or better gear. You need a feasible retreat with real results. You did not get into this to spend your days pushing, proving, and convincing people of your talent, care, or worth.

You've outgrown the stiff urgency-based marketing they told you would work. You're tired of trying to be your clients' best friend, only to realize you've been overextending yourself. You're sick of getting ghosted and wondering if the next lead will book, you’re frustrated about your lack of clarity and confidence and you know it seeps into your client experience.

Let me assure you - it is.
You just need the right room made for expansion.

The art. The craft. The people. For the love of freedom. That is why you are here, right?

You are good at what you do. Really good. But somewhere between the yes's you should not have said, the rates you talked yourself down from, and the comparison spirals that crept in when you were just trying to do the work you love - the business started to feel like it was running you instead of the other way around - you started wondering if the version of this business you actually want is still possible.

Welcome to the Artist In Residence

This MASTERMIND experience was woven for the artist who is ready to become a category of one.

Hi Artist,

The timing isn't an accident.

An efficient 3-week mastermind unlike any coaching experience you've seen before. The biggest myths for artistic service providers are that booking season is a window you either catch or miss: that the artists who get booked consistently have a bigger following or a lower price — and that your best clients are your best kept secret instead of your most powerful marketing asset. And what you build inside these 3 weeks will determine your 2026.

I know you lead a busy life and a busy business. This was designed specifically for the creative woman on the rise who cannot afford to disappear into a long program - but who is absolutely ready for a real refinement before her busiest season begins.

We wrap before the spring season is in full swing. Which means you go into some big months as the sharpest, most confident version yet, knowing how to use each client to compound and work wonders in your business without working MORE.

This was architected intentionally. March 23-April 10.

hear me from the heart when I say
this was architected for you.
For your real life & Business.
For the season ahead.

 right place if...

  • You have been in business long enough to know you are talented.. But somewhere along the way the pushing and proving crept in and made you forget that your art was always the point.
  • You are getting inquiries, but not always from amazing clients. Or the aligned clients “can’t afford you.” You want soulmate clients - not just signed contracts.
  • You have been showing up for your clients with everything you have. And you are ready to learn how to turn that devotion into the kind of credibility that does your selling for years after the job is done.
  • You want to raise your prices and actually mean it. Not just change a number on a page - but charge with the kind of conviction that makes the right clients say yes before they finish reading.
  • And more than anything you want a business that feels as meaningful and as unforgettable as the art inside it.

You're in the

  • You want the client experience you create to be as undeniable as the work you make.
  • You are done with the feast and famine cycle.
  • You're done feeling like you have to be on all the time just to stay relevant.
  • You're exhausted by leads who go silent, who need convincing, who don't immediately see the value of what you do and what you give.
  • You want to stop getting ghosted - and start getting booked by people who already know you're the one. Because you've put yourself in a category of one.

Here's what I know about you:

I know you're mega talented. At your core, you know it too. But you keep discounting, over-delivering, questioning, overcomplicating - and it's starting to feel like autopilot. You're getting scared: Is this what I meant to build?

Just because you can say yes to every inquiry doesn't mean you should. You are allowed to want more. You are allowed to be selective. You are allowed to hold out for the clients who actually deserve you.

You might even admit you're playing it safe. A little scared to be more visible - even when you know that visibility is what you're made for.

You sell something tangible - a photograph, a floral arrangement, a beautifully designed space, a moment captured forever. But what you actually give is something entirely intangible. You give trust. You give vision. You give the experience of being completely held by someone who knows exactly what she's doing. And your clients have to believe in you before they can even see what you'll create.

You want an experience that actually moves and means something.

That is a profound thing to sell. And it deserves to be treated that way.

Who this is for

You create something irreplaceable. Something emotionally driven. Something that lives or dies on trust, taste, and your singular personality.

The photographer. The florist. The makeup artist. The brand designer. The videographer. The creative service provider who doesn't just deliver a product - she delivers an experience her clients will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The skilled artist who brings out the best in her clients. Who holds space and makes art in the moments that matter most. Who helps perpetuate the legacies of the people she serves — and is ready to fully build one of her own.

This is not for the brand-new business owner still finding her footing. This is for the woman who has built something real - and knows there is a more meaningful, more EASE-FILLED, more entirely HER version of it waiting on the other side of these three weeks.

The heart-forward entrepreneur who got into this because she loves people and her craft. Who is self-driven and deeply capable. And who is done letting comparison, self-doubt, and the pressure to convince anyone of anything take one more season from her. The woman ready to lead like a category of ONE.

The woman who is emotionally intelligent by nature - who reads rooms, anticipates needs, and connects deeply — and is ready to learn how to turn that extraordinary gift into her greatest business asset instead of her most depleting one.

Who this is NOT for

The woman who wants a paint-by-numbers formula handed to her without doing the inner work.

Anyone looking for overnight results with zero commitment.

Someone who isn't yet in business or hasn't worked with clients.

If you want cheap, fast, and surface level - this isn't your room.

The artist who doesn't deliver a service. This is for those who offer art + experience.

What we're doing inside

The Artist in Residence is architected around three pillars. Each one builds on the last. No bloated curriculum designed to overwhelm you into thinking you got your money's worth. We’ll be moving through the essential, perspective-shifting work a creative woman on the rise can do before a crucial season & far beyond it.

By week three, you won't just have clarity - you'll have your purpose defined, your power refined, and a legacy-leaving business that actually looks and feels like your dreams.

Book soulmate clients all year. Without waiting, chasing, or convincing.

We crush the myth of booking season. Your next soulmate client is not waiting for a specific month on the calendar. She is out there right now, I teach you how to find them on demand anytime. We refine your artist identity and your positioning until your presence is so specific and so clear that the right people recognize themselves in everything you put into the world.

We go deep on your inquiry email and your connection call - not as logistics but as your first act of leadership. The moment a lead hears from you or gets on a call with you she should feel something shift. She should feel like she already made the right decision. We begin the emotional intelligence thread that runs through the entire residency. Because knowing how to read a room, anticipate what someone needs before they ask, and make people feel wildly understood is not just a personality trait. It is presence as a business strategy. This is where you set the stage for being a category of one.

What shifts here:

You stop waiting to be found and start leading people to you. Your inquiry process becomes an experience. Your soulmate clients start arriving already certain.

act I: the undeniable edge

week 1

The undeniable edge

act I

Act II:  The art of experience

Be so extraordinary with your actual clients that they become your most powerful marketing asset.

There is a MAJOR difference between becoming your client's old friend and becoming their best friend. One builds lifelong trust and devotion. One leads to burnout, boundary erosion, and a quiet resentment that poisons the work.

This week is about mastering that difference and learning how to create a client experience so undeniably felt that your clients believe they won the lottery.

We talk about service as artistry. Anticipation as leadership. Being steps ahead without steamrolling. Over-delivering through resonance, not labor. Every touchpoint from first inquiry to final delivery - refined so that every client who works with you becomes living proof of what you do.We talk about pricing in integrity. Not as a tactic but as an act of leadership and self-respect. Truth is one of the kindest and most powerful things you can do for your client experience, and for the reviews that follow, is charge enough.

What shifts here:

You stop over-extending and start over-delivering in the ways that actually matter. Your clients feel the difference. And they tell everyone.

week 2

The art of experience

act II

Act III:  The Legacy Build

Build something that has as much permanence as the art you make.

This is where everything compounds. The art of the ask; how to move through your season in a way that trains your clients, through the extraordinary experience you have created, to give you reviews and testimonials so felt, so specific, so undeniably human that they do your selling for years after the job is done. Not generic five star reviews. The kind that make someone reading them feel like they already know they need to book you.

We build your credibility ecosystem. Real social proof that lives everywhere - woven into your proposals, your client guides, your inquiry responses, your website — so that trust is being built constantly even when you are not in the room. We talk about visibility that feels like a lighthouse not a loudspeaker. A signature process that becomes its own authority. A business with a body of work as undeniable as the artist behind it. This week is about leaving this season—and every season after it—with something that builds. Something that lasts. Something worthy of everything you have already created.

What shifts here:

You stop starting over. Your work starts working for you. Your business begins to feel as meaningful and as lasting as the experiences you create inside it.

What artists walk away with...

and most importantly

a business that finally feels as meaningful, as unforgettable, and as lasting as the work you create inside it.

  • An inquiry and connection call PROCESS that functions as your first act of leadership — converting aligned leads without convincing.
  • The emotional intelligence framework to read your clients, anticipate their needs, and create experiences so extraordinary they cannot stop talking about you.
  • Pricing you can say out loud without flinching - because you understand that what you sell requires complete trust before it can even be FELT, and you are done undercharging for that.
  • Reviews AND testimonials so EMOTIVE and so specific they become your most powerful marketing asset for years.
  • A community of women who get it - who they'll carry with them long after the three weeks end.
  • A client-facing presence that attracts soulmate clients and quietly filters out the wrong ones before a call ever happens.

REAL RESULTS FROM REAL ARTISTS

"Her care, compassion, joy, and absolute belief in me radically elevated my business. In the six months I worked with her I went from a struggling entrepreneur to feeling confident in my business and my work. I increased my profit by $20,000+, booked more weddings than I had in the entire time I had been in business, booked 8 weddings into the next year at my highest packages - and most importantly was able to go full time."

- Kayla Willis, Kayla Willis Photo & Film

"I went from being ghosted one after the other and no inquiries - to 8 inquiries within 24 hours the week after our mentorship. She is IT and I will shout it from the Empire State Building if I have to."

- Natalie, Photography With Natalie

"I would absolutely recommend working with Le to anyone unsure-it's a 100% worth-it investment. This experience has impacted both my business and personal life in such a freeing and transformative way."

Meet your host

but you can call me Le.

I created The Artist in Residence because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, talented creative women pouring everything into their clients and leaving nothing for their own growth. Women who were treating the most soulful, trust-based work in the world like a logistics operation - running themselves ragged trying to be everything to everyone, when the truth is they are mega talented, and just needed someone who's been there to guide the refinement to their edge, experience, and legacy build. You're truly so close.

I've had the privilege of traveling the world for soulmate clients - Ireland, St. Lucia, Italy, France, and counting. I've built a high-end photography business fueled almost entirely by 55+ five-star Google reviews, and coached 197+ photographers and creative women through some of the most significant business transformations of their careers - $20k profit increases, fully booked seasons at highest-ever packages, and the kind of clarity, confidence and freedom that makes your biggest dreams feel not just possible, but inevitable.

"When Alex and I got engaged and started to think about who we wanted to be our wedding photographer, my mind immediately went to Leandra. I stumbled upon her on Instagram, far before we got engaged, when I saw some incredibly fun photos she had done of a couple in the Plaza Hotel. I saved screenshots of them so I could remember her for when it was our time to think about all things wedding! When this time came, our wedding planner sent us a handful of talented photographers to pick from, but instead, I immediately went to Leandra’s website and basically wrote a short novel in my inquiry about how badly I wanted to work with her... She went above and beyond to make sure we shot at all the spots, resulting in our dream photoshoot. Leandra’s work is masterful, and the photos speak for themselves. But one of the almost equally impressive things about her is her ability to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera... All we can say is wow. The photos are a beautiful symbol of our love and we will have them hung in the walls of our home forever. We cannot say enough good things about Leandra, and are counting down the days until she captures our wedding day!"

- Lauren & Alex

"Leandra is the dream photographer - exactly the type of person you want to be capturing the most special, intimate moments of your life with not only your significant other but with your family and friends. Aside from Leandra's photography talents, she is kind, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, client focused, energetic, authentic -- she is truly there for you on your day, and there's really nothing more you can ask for on your wedding day.
The communication from the moment we were introduced to Leandra and through receiving our full gallery was seamless, thanks to Leandra's team and her organizational skills and personable manner...You know Leandra is good at what she does when you notice the people / talent she surrounds herself with. This was very clear when we met the 2nd shooter for our wedding. We received compliment and compliment from our wedding party and guests regarding how wonderful/kind/professional our photographers were. Hiring Leandra as our wedding photographer was hands down the best wedding vendor decision we made. We could not be happier with her services and are so grateful that Leandra was a part of our special day."

- marie & Jon

" Jon When I started looking for my dream wedding photographer, I knew I wanted something different than just the standard, generic wedding photos. I described my vision to my wedding planner, and she recommended Leandra. After checking out Leandra’s Instagram and website, I knew her photography style was what I had been dreaming about all along. I didn’t just want photos of me and my husband together, I wanted something that told a story. The artistic angles, the lighting, the beauty she was able to capture in a simple setting; it wasn’t just photography, it was art.
After our first chat with Leandra, I immediately felt at ease. Because the engagement photos were so iconic, we also decided to hire her to photograph our rehearsal dinner...These are not just the standard wedding photos; there are so many detail shots and creative setups that truly turn your wedding album into a story. She doesn’t just capture the main characters, she sets the whole scene...She is knowledgeable, prepared, and an incredibly kind and easy person to work with. She truly creates art and is amazing at what she does."
